Consular Fee:
$ 215.00 Single/Double/Multiple entry.
NOTE:
- The UKRAINE tourist or business visa is issued
for a single entry or double entry within six months
of issue date, for the dates of entry and exit not
to exceed those stated on your application form
and invitation or confirmation. The usual period
of stay does not exceed three months, but upon application
to a local OVIR (registration office), extension
is possible for a maximum stay of six months.
- Invitations from
church organizations must be stamped by the city
registration office, or the Ministry of Religious
Affairs in Kiev.
- Double entry visas
can be issued if travel itinerary specifies two
entries or if a letter is attached to the application
requesting a double entry and explaining why it
is needed.
- For MULTIPLE ENTRY
visa, (available for commercial business travel
only) submit invitation from registered company
in Ukraine, specifying travel is for multiple entry
for a period of up to four (4) years.
- Invitations must
bear the seal of the issuing company or organization
