Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Macao, Mexico,
Monaco, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay,
South Korea, Singapore, United States, Uruguay,
Venezuela. Nationals of San Marino, the Holy See
and Switzerland do not require a visas in any case
