+ copy of your Resident Alien Card (Green
Card) OR a valid US visa in your passport
(valid visa except B1/B2 visa type plus I-94 in
passport). Applicant will need to prove his/her
ability to return to the U.S.
- Copy of itinerary from airline
or travel agent. Please do not pay for tickets
until visa has been issued. Please note that the
number of entries on the visa will be based on
your itinerary.
- Proof of sufficient funds. (e.g.
copies of bank statements, pay stubs, or proof
of employment)
- Proof of travel/health/accident
insurance, valid until 15 days after the last
date of stay in the Schengen zone (minimum of
medical coverage $50,000).
- Invitation letter (contact information
of the host and visitor, purpose and duration
of the visit, confirmation of accomodation including
the address, signature and date) or Copy of
confirmed hotel reservations.
- Letter from the company you will
work for and an invitation letter from your business
contact in France. (for business visa only)
