for at least 6 months past the end date of your
stay in Denmark; with at least one blank visa

Original proof of present
immigration status in the U.S. (H1B, I-20, Green
Card or other). Applicant will need to prove his/her
ability to return to the U.S.
- Copy of complete round-trip ticket(s)
or confirmed itinerary showing exact dates of
travel to Denmark (note that if you will be visiting
more than one Schengen country, you must provide
evidence of travel to each country that will be
visited).
- Proof of sufficient funds. (e.g.
copies of bank statements, pay stubs, or proof
of employment)
- Proof of travel/health/accident
insurance, valid until 15 days after the last
date of stay in the Schengen zone (minimum of
medical coverage EURO 30,000).

stating that you are employed and have vacation.
If you are self-employed, include a copy of your
business license and tax return. If you are a
student, include a letter from the school verifying
enrollment. - Invitation letter (contact information
of the host and visitor, purpose and duration
of the visit, confirmation of accomodation including
the address, signature and date). - Hotel reservation
(note that if you will be visiting more than one
Schengen country, you must provide evidence of
hotel reservation to each country that will be
visited). If staying with friends or family, no
hotel reservation is necessary, but the

must be provided. The Invitation must be addressed
to the applicant and must include the length of
stay, the name, address, phone number, and the
signature of the person inviting the applicant.

of consent from the parent or guardian of the
applicant must be submitted, along with the minor's
birth certificate, which must be translated into
English if necessary.

Vatican City State, Venezuela.
- Holders of a "Hong Kong Special
Administrative Region" passport, a "Região
Administrativa Especial de Macau" passport
or a "British National Overseas" passport
are exempt from the visa requirement.

the Denmark Embassy may extend the processing time
at their discretion (Additional documents and an
interview may be requested)
- Be advised that approval
may be required for certain nationalities, and that
approval may extend the processing time by several
weeks.
