1. Valid and signed Passport (valid for at least 6 months past the end date of your stay in Algeria; with at least one blank visa page)

4. Applicants must submit an itinerary of their airline travel and a confirmed Hotel reservation in Algeria.
5. Family Guest Visits: Applicants must provide with their application an invitation from their host in Algeria and notarized at the city hall of the place of residence of the Algerian host. The Embassy will not accept invitations faxed or sent separately.
6. Non-US citizen Photocopy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card) -or- evidence of legal status in USA (valid visa except B1/B2 visa type plus I-94 in passport)

BUSINESS

OFFICIAL or DIPLOMATIC PASSPORT HOLDERS ONLY

1. Valid and signed U. S. Official or Diplomatic Passport (valid for at least 6 months past the end date of your stay in Algeria; with at least one blank visa page)

5. Visa Cover Letter from U.S. Department of State
6. Letter from sending department or agency, addressed to:
   "Embassy of (the country you are planing to visit),
   Visa Section, Washington D.C."

   The letter must explain all of the following:
   Applicant's position and title
   The purpose of the trip
   Dates of the intended visit
   Contact person in the country you are planing to visit

Consular Fee: $ 150.00/visa - 24 to 48 hours Processing (Multiple Entry/1 month stay)

$ 120.00/visa - 4 Days Processing (Multiple Entry/1 month stay)

Gratis - for official or diplomatic passport

NOTE: NO handwritten visa applications will be accepted. All applications must be electronically filled in or typed. If you need this processing speed you must have your sponsor in Algeria call the Embassy.
